Lindsay Lohan went out last night in a cute plaid shirt, leggings, a beret, and her stylish new ‘do.

Lindsay was said to "check out a few apartments" (El Palacio Apartments) before heading back to the Beverly Hills Hotel for the night. Now, if you recal, Lindsay Lohan owns a place at El Palacio - the paparazzi seem to have forgotten this. Earlier this year, Lindsay bought Marilyn Monroe’s old apartment at El Palacio. Perhaps she’s now going to get it suited up?

Lindsay Lohan brings back her luscious silky locks with a trip to Ken Paves Salon in West Hollywood yesterday. Here are pictures of Lindsay leaving her house, going for lunch, arriving at the Salon, and then leaving all glammed up.

An awful rumor went around in the last 24 hours that Riley Giles was engaged when he entered Cirque Lodge rehab and that Lindsay Lohan was the cause of that relationship’s demise.

However, aside from how willingly the press wants to tarnish Lindsay’s character, I am glad to say it’s not true! Although Riley was in a relationship when he entered rehab, he was not engaged and broke up with his girlfriend before pursuing Lindsay.

Riley Giles has made a statement to InTouch regarding the issue, and Lindsay’s own interview with them confirms his statement.

“We started out as friends,” explains Lindsay, who sat down for an exclusive interview with In Touch in Utah. “We met about two months ago while doing activities at Cirque. We both enjoyed rock climbing,” she says. Their romance started slowly, says Lindsay, 21. “We waited until we were both out of treatment because it made more sense.”

Riley, 25, a professional snowboarder who is remaining in Utah, had been dating a girl named Bree Tierney when he met Lindsay, but he denies that Lindsay caused their split. “I broke up with Bree a week before I started dating Lindsay,” he told In Touch. “We had dated for almost two years, but it’s not like we were engaged or anything.”

The couple plan to date long distance while Lindsay is in Los Angeles filming her new movie, Dare to Love Me. “I’ll probably go to Utah on a weekend and he will hopefully come to visit me in LA.”

I wish Riley and Lindsay all the best of luck - and suggest the press do more to support Lindsay than to try to make her upset with false accusations.
