The paparazzi thought their questioning tactics would be successful while following Lindsay Lohan shopping on Sunday.

Lindsay was questioned numerous times as she entered and left various boutiques in the Los Angeles area about the accident Saturday night where a paparazzo claims Lindsay’s car injured him.

I couldn’t hear Lindsay’s responses on the video, but I guess at one point she mumbled that it wasn’t a hit and run. The LAPD’s investigation also found the accident not a hit and run.

The paparazzi also question her on why Lindsay’s driver was wearing sunglasses the night of the accident. I guess they are insinuating that the accident wouldn’t have occurred if she would have took the glasses off.

You will notice that Lindsay’s driver honks a few times before backing up. Can’t say I blame her.

What I want is a video of the paparazzi surrounding a celebrity’s vehicle to show how they practically surround the celeb’s car with no room for a safe exit. That’s what needs to change. The paparazzi are setting celebs and their drivers up by not moving to a safe distance when they are preparing to drive.

Lindsay Lohan’s ex-BFF Patrick Aufdenkamp was spotted leaving the Hotel Cafe Saturday night in West Hollywood following Ferras AlQiaisi’s gig.

Lindsay was at the event, as well as other celebrities. I don’t know if it was worth mentioning that they were at the same event, but I did find it interesting.

Lindsay and Patrick had a falling out after New Year’s with Lindsay allegedly saying Patrick was stealing designs planned for her new collection.

A handful of celebrities including Lindsay were spotted at the Hotel Cafe. American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert was on hand where he watched his friend Ferras AlQaisi perform at the venue.

Of course, when Lindsay left Hotel Cafe was when the accident happened with the photographer.

Lindsay Lohan’s driver accidentally hit a photographer with Lindsay’s BMW while leaving a Hollywood club late Saturday night.

It appears from a video on x17online.com, that the photographer  was standing too close to the vehicle (as all of the paparazzi do) when Lindsay’s driver left Hotel Cafe. When the female driver started going, the photographer wasn’t quite out of the way. According to the video, it appears that the photographer called Koko hurt his hand and may have had his feet ran over. At the scene, he was complaining of his hand and wrist hurting.

Lindsay’s driver sped off from the scene, but according to CBS, Lindsay’s assistant did call the Los Angeles Police Department to report the accident.

LAPD officer Norma Eisenman of the Media Relations Section also told CBS that LAPD took a report and did not consider the case to be a hit and run.

Meanwhile, the photographer is now telling TMZ that he plans to sue.

While the driver should not have sped off, there needs to be some kind of rule about how close the paparazzi get to their vehicle’s. Many times I’ve watched videos of Lindsay or other celebrities trying to leave a location, and the paparazzi are practically on top of their cars.

90908X8_LOHAN_B-GR_09-dina-lohanLindsay Lohan’s mom Dina Lohan is proud of her daughter’s work on the BBC documentary investigating the trafficking of women and children in India, according to PEOPLE.

“It was an amazing, life-changing experience for her,” Dina Lohan told PEOPLE on Saturday. “I’m so proud of Lindsay, that under all the scrutiny the tabloids put her under, she is a very strong, caring, talented girl who ignores all the negative, and continues to move forward in a positive direction. I am so proud of her.”

A short clip from the documentary, called “Lindsay Lohan in India,” was released on Friday. The documentary chronicles the her visit to India in December.

According to the BBC, Lohan meets with “young boys who work 16-hour days under the constant threat of beatings, …a reformed trafficker who would make a quick buck luring young girls…[and] a shelter where young girls promised domestic work for India’s burgeoning middle classes were trafficked into brothels and forced into prostitution.”

“As her trip draws to an end,” a BBC press release says, according to PEOPLE, “Lindsay questions whether the increasing demand for domestic help and consumer goods by India’s wealthy, coupled with the increasing poverty in rural India, , means there is any solution to this abominable trade.”
