Lindsay has reportedly checked back into a rehabilitation facility in Utah. This is her third try at getting clean.

Lindsay Lohan has begun a third stint in rehab, checking into the Cirque Lodge drug and alcohol treatment center in Sundance, Utah, the Web site Yahoo.com reported Sunday, citing a CBS News radio report. Previously, Lohan was treated at Wonderland and Promises in the Los Angeles area.

Cirque Lodge was recently named one of the top drug and alcohol rehab facility by Town and Country magazine. On its Web site, the facility boasts that it provides “the ultimate in privacy for treatment of alcohol and drug addiction in a luxurious mountain retreat,” adding that “stunning views from each room help residents connect with their higher power.”

Earlier Sunday, the New York Post reported that Lohan had gone to her mother’s home on Long Island on Friday. Lohan is due in court in Santa Monica on Aug. 24 to face charges stemming from a July 24 arrest for driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license.
